Privacy policy

Immeka Pty Ltd ("SpeedPoster", "we") runs a scheduling desk for social media posts. This policy says what we store, why, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read.

What we store

  • Your account. Email address, name, a hash of your password (never the password), sign-in times and IP addresses of sign-in attempts, and the sessions you keep open.
  • Your workspace. Brand names, voice notes, team members and their roles, invites, and settings.
  • Connected channels. For each Instagram, Facebook Page or LinkedIn account you connect: its platform id, name and handle, the access token the platform issues (encrypted at rest with a key that is not stored with the database), when that token expires, and which platform user connected it.
  • Posts. The text, links and media you write or upload, per-channel versions, when each was scheduled, and what each platform returned when it was published, including the id and link of the live post and any error.
  • Metrics. Once analytics are enabled, the reach, views and engagement the platforms report for your posts and channels, recorded daily so that your history outlives what the platforms keep.
  • Comments. Only for channels where you turn comment sharing on: the comments on your posts and the replies you send. SpeedPoster never requests access to direct messages.
  • Billing. Your plan, trial dates and invoices. Card details are held by Stripe; we store only the card brand and last four digits.
  • AI usage. When you use drafting or rewriting, the prompt we build from your posts and voice notes, the result, and the token counts used to meter credits.

Platform data

We access Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and LinkedIn data only through their official APIs, only with the permissions you approve on their screens, and only for the channels you connect. We use it to publish what you schedule, to show you how your posts performed, and, where you opt in, to show and answer comments. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the processors below. We follow the Meta Platform Terms and the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.

Who processes it for us

  • Google Cloud hosts the application, database and uploaded media.
  • Resend delivers transactional email: sign-in links, codes, invites and publish failures.
  • Stripe handles payment and stores card details.
  • Anthropic provides the AI model used for drafting and rewriting. Prompts are not used to train models.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Disconnecting a channel deletes its access token immediately and stops its metrics updating. Deleting your account deletes your workspace, channels, tokens, posts, media and metrics within 30 days; invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Deleting platform data

Disconnect a channel from Settings to remove its token and stop all access. If you remove SpeedPoster from your Meta account, Meta tells us and we mark those channels disconnected. If you ask Meta to delete your data from SpeedPoster, we remove every channel connected through that Meta account, with its tokens and queued posts, and give you a confirmation code to check the result. You can also write to hello@speedposter.co at any time.

Your rights

You can export your posts and metrics from the app, correct your details in Settings, and ask us to delete your account. Where data protection law gives you further rights, write to hello@speedposter.co and we will answer within 30 days.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on the site or in the app.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email account owners before it takes effect. Questions go to hello@speedposter.co.
