These terms cover your use of SpeedPoster, run by Immeka Pty Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

SpeedPoster lets you write, schedule and publish posts to social media channels you control, read how they performed, and, if you choose, draft with AI. We publish only what you schedule, at the time you schedule it, and never post on your behalf otherwise.

Your account and your channels

You must be entitled to post to every channel you connect, and you are responsible for what you publish through SpeedPoster, including complying with each platform's rules. Keep your password to yourself; teammates get their own sign-in through an invite.

Pricing

Channels cost $4 per month each, with a minimum bill of $12 per month. Brands, teammates and scheduled posts are free. AI credits are $20 per million tokens and never expire. Ten videos a month are included; beyond that, each costs $0.40. Annual prepayment is $160 per year for the first three channels' worth, with channel counts trued up quarterly. New accounts get 14 days free with no card; if no card is added by then, scheduled posts are held, not lost, until one is.

Changes to the bill

Connecting a channel adds $4 from that day, pro rata; disconnecting one removes it from the next invoice. We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead by email.

Availability

We aim for the queue to publish on time and show you our reliability figure in the app. Platforms change their APIs and limits without notice; when a publish fails for a reason we can see, we tell you what it was and what to do.

Acceptable use

Do not use SpeedPoster to spam, to publish content that breaks a platform's rules or the law, or to post to accounts you do not control. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; billing stops at the end of the paid period. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms.

Liability

SpeedPoster is provided as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.
